Counter Dice is a passive item in TBOI Otherside, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On use Rerolls all item pedestals into a random item from a random itempool

After 3 seconds items are rerolled again from the same itempool

After another 3 seconds the items return to the initial item

This item can only be acquired by using Weird Mirror on The D6.
