Isaac's tears bounce off from enemies and have a chance to break rocks

Tears that are actively rebounding deal 1.5 less damage for each consecutive rebound

The damage decrease increases by 0.25 for each rebound after a third one

If the tear deals less than 1 damage it breaks

This item can only be acquired by using Weird Mirror on Cupid's Arrow.
