Eyesack is a passive item in TBOI Otherside, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac has a 20% chance to shoot out a giant tear along with Isaac's usual tears.

The tear only inherits some tear effects.

The tear deals 4xIsaac's damage.

Whenever the giant tear is shot out, Isaac gets knocked back slightly away from the direction he was shooting in.

This item can only be acquired by using Weird Mirror on Polyphemus.
