Fragile Relic is a passive item in TBOI Otherside, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While held Removes all quality 0 - 1 items and grants a 50% chance to reroll a Q2 item into a Q3 or higher.

On non-self inflicted hit Isaac breaks the relic into a Broken Relic

On use Breaks the relic but rerolls one item into a random Q4 item.
(This effect doesn't activate from damage breaking)

This item can only be acquired by using Weird Mirror on Sacred Orb.
