The chance to shoot a boulder starts at 20% with 0 luck, going up to 100% with 26.67 luck, using the formula 10 + 10 × TrinketMultiplier + 3 × LuckStat.

Despite their appearance being similar to Terra, the boulders are not able to destroy rocks.
