Causes explosions to make 4-7 rocks fall from the ceiling and do 2x Isaac's damage to enemies they hit. Additionally, 3 rocks fall down on every enemy in the room. One of these rocks is guaranteed to hit the enemy.

Any type of explosion can make rocks fall, even ones not initiated by Isaac.

Isaac is immune to the falling rocks.

There is a cooldown of 1.5 seconds before a new wave of rocks can fall, meaning that multiple successive explosions won't produce as many rocks.

Isaac becomes immune to any falling rock projectiles, and they are instead replaced with falling rocks that damage enemies.
