Isaac turns into an invulnerable black ball that lunges in the direction he's moving/aiming, leaving a large trail of slowing black creep on the ground, and dealing damage to enemies it hits.

Damage dealt while in Malice form is equal to 10 + 5 × CurrentStage.

Isaac transforms back upon hitting a wall or an obstacle.

While in Malice form, the movement direction can slightly be influenced by the player's inputs.

The Malice ball can be used to travel through multiple rooms while active, as well as walk through Curse Room doors without taking damage.

Malice does not protect against damage from

Blood Donation Machines, etc.
