Appears as a normal Penny until picked up.

Has a 1% chance to replace Penny.

On useThrows the coin in the direction Isaac's body is facing (movement direction). The coin deals 5 + 5 x CurrentStage damage on hit.

Killing an enemy with the coin spawns a random coin.
