Each damaged enemy has a 15% chance to drop a Half Red Heart.

• Deals instant damage to all enemies in the room
• The damage dealt is equal to Isaac's tear damage plus 10% of the enemy's max health
• Chance to also spawn a half red heart each time it deals damage
• Abyss: x1 necrotic locust 1x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 outer wisp - .5 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Defeated enemies have a chance to spawn a wisp
