Giga Bomb is a pickup in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

+1 giga bomb. This is indicated by the bomb indicator in the HUD appearing with a giga bomb icon.

It can be placed down like a normal bomb that explodes after 1.5 seconds, dealing 300 damage to nearby enemies, and a full heart of damage to Isaac.

The explosion destroys 13 tiles in a diamond shape, creating holes in the ground. These holes cannot be created in such a way that paths to doors in the room become blocked, including Secret Room entrances.

The explosion also scatters around big rock pebbles across the room that deal 15 damage to enemies, and 99 damage to enemies standing close to the explosion. These rocks cannot hurt Isaac.
