-0.3 shot speed.

Grants Void aura around Isaac's tears similar to Godhead aura
Aura deals 1.30x Isaac's damage per sec.
Aura has 1 in 10 chance every 2 ticks to shoot purple beams that deal 7x Isaac's damage
