Yandere is a passive item in TBOI Otherside, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Works like Tainted Magdalene's bleeding mechanic, stopping taking damage at 2 hearts.

Each time Isaac takes damage from the item, he will shoot out 10 tears that inherit Isaac's tear effects.

This item can only be acquired by using Weird Mirror on <3.
