Gives a random beneficial effect upon entering the next floor from the following:
• Grants a Golden Heart
• Grants a Golden Key
• Grants a Golden Bomb
• Grants XIX - The Sun
• +7¢
• Grants a permanent fly orbital
• Fully heals all of Isaac's Red Heart containers
• Isaac releases a poisonous fart

The trinket is destroyed upon providing an effect.
