Echo of Theft is an unlockable consumable in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Rerolls all the items in the room into those of quality lower by 1. If rerolled item's quality was 0 then it will be turned into 5 friendly Blue Flies instead.

Spawns 13-20 pickups per item rerolled. The pickups can be:
• Any type of Keys
• Any type of Coins
• Any type of Hearts
• Any type of Bombs, outside of troll bombs and giga bombs.
