Pair of Hairties is an unlockable trinket in Anathema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants Isaac a chance to shoot a tear that spawns special wisp on contact with an enemy. The chance scales with Luck. 90% chance at 18 luck.

Summoned wisp will orbit the enemy and will shoot at it till it dies. The wisp cannot be killed and deals 3.5 damage per tear.
