Red Capsule is a consumable in Bael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

If Isaac's luck stat is an EVEN number:
Has a 50% chance to either gain 4 random stat boosts or give 1 broken heart.

If Isaac's luck stat is an ODD number:
Give 1 random stat boost.
-1 luck.

The possible stat boosts are as follows:
0.5 damage.
0.5 fire rate.
0.2 speed.
0.15 shot speed.
1 luck.
1.0 range.
