Grey Coat is a passive item in Basement Moon, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
If there are 5 or more enemies in the room: ×1.2 damage multiplier.
If Isaac has at least 4 Soul Hearts, the effect is added:
→ Clearing a room has a 20% chance to spawn one of 
Heart, 
Heart (soul), or 
Black Heart,
