Renewed Merch is a passive item in Basement Moon, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
The following effect is activated while in the Shop:
→ Quality 0/1 items are has a 30% chance to rerolled of quality 2 or higher.
Entering a shop for the first time on each stage spawns Lil' Battery
