Resolution is a passive item in Basement Moon, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+2 Range
If Isaac has at least 2 slash-type items:
→ +0.3 Speed, +1 Damage
If Isaac has Shi Association Fixer Badge:
→ Limits maximum health to 9 Hearts.
→ Taking damage has a 50% chance to negate it.
→ +14% Fire rate and +14% Damage.
