The Prescript's Target is a system in Basement Moon, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Marks an entity designated by Isaac's active Prescript. It has no Count.

The designated entity takes 10% more damage while the owner of that Prescript holds Ring of the Index. Dropping the ring removes this damage bonus without removing the target or its marker. Picking up the ring restores the bonus if the same target is still active.
