OCD trinket
OCD is a trinket in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Rounds Isaac's fire rate, damage, range, and luck to the next highest whole number.
Rounds Isaac's speed and shot speed to the next highest tenth (e.g. 1.11 rounds up to 1.2).
