Wing of the Fallen is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

After this item is picked up, every time an item from the opposite deal room is picked up, gives Isaac +1.5 damage.

Grants the effect of Duality at the beginning of each floor, and is lost for the floor when Isaac takes damage (excluding self-damage).

20% chance to replace Slot Machine spawns with Confessionals.

If this item is picked up outside the Devil Room (due to Chaos, or other effects), the first damage bonus will be given upon picking up an item in the Angel Room.

The required deal item that needs to be picked up to gain the damage bonus will not switch if Isaac picks up an item from the wrong deal.

This item contributes towards the Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
