Wing of the Fallen item
Wing of the Fallen is a passive item in Battle Fantasy, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants 100% devil deal chance. If Isaac takes non self-damage, this buff is removed.
If Isaac keeps this buff for the rest of the floor:
• Both Devil and Angel deal rooms will spawn upon defeating the floor's boss.
• Grants +1 damage once per floor if an item is collected from the Devil or Angel room.
Transformations
Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
