Inn Keeper is a machine in Bedroom Expanded, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Paying 5¢ will grant access or upgrade the bed:

5¢ - Grants access to the bed.

10¢ - The bed spawns a random pickup.

15¢ - The bed gains the effect of Steam Sale until the end of the floor.

20¢ - Opens the trapdoor to the secret shop under the carpet. The bed will also give an additional Soul Heart.

25¢ - The bed will also give Isaac a Holy Mantle shield and spawn an item.
