+2 damage.
×1.2 damage multiplier.
×1.5 range multiplier.
×0.66 tears multiplier.
+0.5 shot speed.
Grants ricocheting tears.
How to unlock?
Earn all completion marks as 
Azazel.
Transformations
Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
