Robe of Lightning item
Robe of Lightning is an unlockable passive item in Benevolence, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Automatically shoots out lightning that scales with Isaac's stats towards the nearest enemy when in range.
Taking damage for the first time in a room strikes Isaac with lightning, dealing 2 × DamageStat + 10 damage to nearby enemies, and then grants the effects of Camo Undies.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as 
Tainted Zoe.
