Armageddon item
Armageddon is a passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns and reveals Boss Rush as a room for each level if possible.
In Boss Rush:
• All items can be picked up.
• One more option in cycle for items.
• Enemies lose 12% HP per second.
