Fiddle item
Fiddle is a passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When entering a new level, spawn 2 random passive items.
Non-Quest items appear after entering in a room for 0.1 seconds will be removed, except in Boss Room.
