Stolen Decade is an unlockable active item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Can be used without a full charge.
On use
Discharges 1 charge.
Triggers in priority:
1. A priced pickup exists: removes the price.
2. Optional pickups exist: No Options.
3. In starting room: 
Dagaz, 
Ansuz, and X-Ray Vision.
4. Else: -1 Broken Heart, and triggers Holy Card.
How to unlock?
Complete Boss Rush on Hard Mode as 
Benighted Judas.
