Zoth is an unlockable passive item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Every level, when entering the first Boos Room, rerolls room types of the unexplored special rooms.

Boss Room and Ultra Secret Room can not be rerolled.

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Benighted Eve.
