Tainted Apollyon's Cake trinket
Tainted Apollyon's Cake is a trinket in Birthcake: Rebaked, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as Tainted Apollyon.
Allows Abyss to consume trinkets on the ground, turning them into smaller locusts that deal 50% damage.
Consuming trinkets does not grant their effects.
