Tainted Isaac's Cake trinket
Tainted Isaac's Cake is a trinket in Birthcake: Rebaked, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Only available when playing as Tainted Isaac.
Adds an additional inventory slot that can be occupied by another passive item. It cannot be selected, and the item drops as a pedestal when the trinket is dropped.
