Isaac's First Trinket is a passive item in Brown Shapiro's Addons, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+0.25 fire rate.
Spawns a random particular trinket which grants an additional +5 luck if held.
The luck is lost if the trinket is swallowed.
