Bum Room is a passive item in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Bum Room contains beggars from both vanilla game and Community Remix.

Require key to open except on floor 1, where it's always initially unlocked

Bum Room cannot appear in Greed Mode.

There will be two trinkets alongside buns. Only one can be taken.
