Half Black Heart is an unlockable pickup in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 Half Black Heart.
When depleted, black hearts activate The Necronomicon effect, dealing 40 damage to all enemies in the room.
When combined with a Half Soul Heart, creates a 
Black Heart.
How to unlock?
Kill Mom's Heart 5 times.
