Meat Hook is an unlockable active item in Community Remix, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

On use Isaac throws spectral chained hook in shooting direction.

Hook will bounce off if it hit walls.

If hook catches enemy on its path, it will deal 7 damage, cause bleed and attach itself to it.

Using item while enemy is hooked will pull it to Isaac.

Enemies pushed into walls, obstacles or other enemies take 8 + 2 × CurrentFloor damage.
