Filled Pockets item
Filled Pockets is a passive item in Dark Vaults, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a chance to spawn a random pickup when picking up a coin, bomb, key, or grab bag.
The chance starts at 20% and scales by directly adding Isaac's luck, maxing out at 50%.
The random pickups exclude collectibles, trinkets, and chests.
