Broken Monitor is an active item in David Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Obtained by using The Tower on Broken Modem.

Isaac is teleported to a room with 12 random quality 3 items or higher.

Isaac can choose 3 items.

The game window changes to windowed mode.

If the game window gets fullscreened or resized the 3 chosen items will be removed.
