0.6x luck.
-1 Heart Container.
All hearts become rotten hearts.
Items that make Isaac leave creep don't work.
Isaac takes twice as much damage from creep and poop related enemies.
If encountered Isaac will be unable to leave until he takes this item unless he has a Get out of Jail Free Card
