Agony Box item
Agony Box is an unlockable active item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While held
Prevents Isaac from taking damage as long as it has charges and discharges one bar of charge when doing so.
Cannot block self-sacrifice damage.
Entering a new floor recharges one bar.
How to unlock?
Complete the [Eclipsed] Rise of Khepri challenge.
