Aurora is a passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 full Red Heart Container.

Heals 1 Red Heart Container.

Shooting charges up a meter that when full (takes 3.4 seconds), fires a heart-shaped tear and reduces half a red heart.

When the heart hits an enemy, it creates a charming explosion and drops 1-3 fading Half Hearts.

When it hits an obstacle it creates a Half Heart.

When a charmed enemy dies, Isaac gains damage up for the current room.

The damage bonus is based on the enemy's max HP but cannot exceed 20: 0.01 × EnemyMaxHP.
