Blue Soup item
Blue Soup is a passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+3 Soul Hearts.
+15.3 temporary tears up.
The tears boost scales down to 0 over the course of 3 minutes (-0.085 fire rate per second).
Isaac can extend the duration of the effect by killing enemies (+0.145 fire rate per killed enemy).
The effect disappears once the tears bonus goes down to 0.
