Bum-bo Baby is a familiar in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Familiar that shoots random tears:
• Bone tear: splits after hitting obstacle.
• Poop tear: deals fixed 6 damage.
• Booger tear: attaches to enemy and deals damage over time.
• Black tooth tear: deals double damage.
• Heart tear: charms enemy.
• Pee tear: short range and short tear delay.
• Cursed tear: applies weakness.
• Ghost tear: spectral, piercing and homing tear.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
