Limbus item
Limbus is an unlockable passive item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
If Isaac dies and has no extra lives, he will be turned into a soul (similar to The Lost) for the current floor.
Applies a permanent Curse of Darkness! effect to the current floor.
As a soul, Isaac gains flight and can take deal items for free.
Isaac can die in soul form from any damage.
If The Lost's innate Holy Mantle effect is unlocked, grants Holy Mantle upon entering the next room.
Entering a new floor will revert Isaac to his original form. The item can be used to revive once every floor.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Beast as Unbidden.
