Red Bulb trinket
Red Bulb is a trinket in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When an active item recharges, gives +0.15 flat damage multiplied by the number of charges of active item (e.g. 4 charge item adds +0.6 damage).
Damage gradually decreases by -0.05 each second.
Timed charge items 1 second is equal to 1 regular charge.
