Isaac throws a dagger at the nearest enemy, which deals Isaac's amount of damage.

Each enemy killed by this dagger leaves behind a copy of this card and increases the dagger's damage by 50%.

The dagger's damage persists until the end of the run.

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Abihu.
