Secret Love Letter is an active item in Eclipsed, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac holds the letter above his head and throws it in the shooting direction.

It won't discharge until Isaac throws the letter. Reusing it while holding the letter hides it, keeping the active item charged.

The letter destroys obstacles until hitting a wall or an enemy.

Upon hitting an enemy, all enemies of that type in the current room and future encounters become charmed until Isaac uses it on another enemy. Charmed enemies persist between rooms and floors.

The charm effect on bosses lasts only 10 seconds.

The letter can destroy Great Gideon, similar to Chaos Card.
