Isaac has a 1-second delay before moving to a random floor from higher chapters or to the second floor of the current chapter if he is currently on the first floor.

The floor transition will be without the Nightmare scene, instead showing a TV static effect.

At the Ascension floors, Isaac will be sent straight to Home.

The Void and Home are the last possible floors. Using the item on these floors will reset the floor.

Creates 12 pickups of 2 types after floor transition. Possible pickups:
