Champion Crown is an unlockable passive item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

A crown appears above Isaac's head and disappears when he takes damage.

If the crown remains active when moving to the next stage, an additional Treasure Room will be spawned.

If there is no free space to generate another Treasure Room, Isaac will be directly teleported into one outside the map.

Defeat Lamb as Crice.
