Curse of the Greed! curse

Curse of the Greed! is an unlockable curse in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Description

Almost every heart turns into Blue Flies or Blue Spiders instead of healing Isaac.

Coins can heal Isaac: 1 coin = half a heart, up to a maximum of 2 full hearts.

How to unlock?

Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as Keeper.
