Purple Chaos Emerald is an unlockable active item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Uses a random card, even if it is locked.

Each use increases the recharge time by one room, up to a maximum of 5, after which it resets back to 1.

Defeat Beast as Stefan.
